Christmas stars of Goa.
Christmas is a unique feature of goan life with houses in villages and towns will have a star made of bamboo or plastic put up in front of the house.
Salt pans were a common sight in the past but there are still some areas of Goa that these can be seen. Ribanader, Batim Keri are some villages that during the months of late April and May one can see salt being harvested.
